Letter from Dr. Irvin

Dear Cherished Parents:
Due to medical reasons, I find it necessary to notify you that I will no longer be able to care for your children and their needs. Therefore, I will no longer be practicing Pediatrics after March 1, 2013 until further notice. If my medical condition improves I may return in a part tirne position . When we rnoved our practice to join Pediatric Associates of Cincinnati , Inc., it was with the care of your children in rnind in the event a medical situation should arise. After two years you are established patients who will be given excellent care by Drs. Yost, Schiff and Somsak, as well as Jill.
I appreciate and value your loyalty in the past and will rniss the opportunity and trust granted to me in the care of your children . After 47 years of practicing medicine, the majority in Pediatrics, I have been blessed with many memories of many wonderful families . I shall miss you all and hopefully see you if I return at a later date.
